Why practice yoga with me?


If you’ve been living in survival mode—constantly stressed, overwhelmed, and running on empty—this practice is for you.

Imagine finally feeling at ease in your own body again, releasing the tension you’ve been carrying for years, and learning simple, effective tools to handle life’s challenges with more calm and confidence.

In class, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and reset our nervous systems through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with tools to navigate life with more ease.

ABOUT ME


I work to balance your mind & body to find your peak performance on and off the yoga mat through a holistic approach of yoga, meditation, and life coaching.

My focus is on accessible movement and teachings for everybody. Group or private classes are available online & in person.

I am a certified 200HR Yoga Instructor from Yogabody Teachers College.

I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Member.

I am also a Certified Life Coach and Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist.
