This yoga class is perfect for new students and returning students to yoga. The 1-hour class focuses on reviewing and learning the foundations of the basic poses and positioning for a yoga flow class. The pace is slower and offers time to discover the poses. My focus is on teaching alignment and modifications so that you can feel great while practicing yoga.
