I tailor our sessions to balance your mind & body to find your peak performance on and off the yoga mat through a holistic approach of yoga, meditation, and life coaching.
My focus is on personalizing the movement and practice to your goals. Private classes are available in person and online.
I am a certified 200HR Yoga Instructor, a Certified Breath Coach, and a Certified Stretch Coach from Yogabody Teachers College.
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Member.
I am also a Certified Life Coach and Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist.
